Delivery

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 3 working days once order is placed and accepted by us. Please ensure you are giving correct address as is not able to re-direct shippment once sent out (except P.O. Boxes). Shipment will be sent out from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. Orders which placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday will be processed right after our first business day.

All shipments will be declared the exact value of items purchased as per invoice. Product price shown on website is not include any taxes and duties. Recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by country that you are shipping to.

The delivery timeline we provided as reference only. We do not take responsibilities for any delays caused by customs clearance or payment authorization.

Delivery Time

The carrier that we recommend strives to provide quick and efficient delivery services to customers but delivery time may vary due to customs issues of different countries, delivering method selected, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). We has no control over the delivery time of the carrier and will not be legally responsible for any situation arise from the delivery process or standard of delivery.

As custom examinations take longer in some countries (including but not limited to England & France), the delivery time of some orders may take 4 to 6 weeks. If you encounter such cases, please contact us and we will track the corresponding order for you.

Customs and Taxes

When delivery is requested outside of Hong Kong, you are considered an importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are delivering the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance. We has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the duties and/or taxes arise from the ordered products.
